Harmonious funk-laced Bass Guitar sits alongside didge-inspired, multi-phonic Sousaphone Brass to create a sub-bass frenzy with serious groove. Sandeep Raval is a man of many talents. Percussionist, meditative producer and multi-instrumentalist composer. But, fundamentally, he’s a musician with a constant hunger for new aural adventures. His broad palate of drums and deft scores seamlessly meld syncopation with vivid imagination, grand theatricality, and a mischievous sense of humour.
Yet there is so much still to learn. Raval’s constant evolution references everything from Jazz, Symphony, Dance, Meditative, R&B to century old Indian roots and experimental alternative, which is what makes him so vital. Enigmatic and wonderfully unpredictable, but unquestionably talented and consistently impressive, new avenues are nothing more than business as usual.

Formed in 2012, TangleMist are a unique fusion of acoustic folk/blues/rock. Based around a nucleus of guitar and vocal. We have recently added a bass guitarist, and a clarinet player to our ranks as well as our percussionists, to play original songs, drawing on life experiences, with a bit of fantasy thrown in.
